Ashley is the choral director for Norwood High School in Norwood, MA and previously worked in the Hopkinton Public School District. She is the current Assistant Choral Festival Chairperson of MICCA (Massachusetts Instumental & Choral Conductor's Association) and will be serving as the chorus manager for the 2010 MMEA All-State Festival.  Ashley is also a member of the National Music Educator's Association (MA chapter) and the American Choral Director's Association.

 
Her choral groups have won top awards at the MICCA, Heritage, and Great East Festivals.  Gold medals have been presented to her choral groups at these festivals since 2006 which have lead to performances in Boston's Symphony Hall and Mechanics Hall in Worcester.  Ashley also teaches private lessons out of her Chestnut Hill condo that include voice lessons, beginner piano lessons, and intermediate "pop" piano lessons.
